What's your Timeline? Knowing the timeline expectations for any prospective project is critical - it helps us advise you on current permit timelines, how complex your project can be and what challenges you might face with contractor and material lead times.

Do you already have a budget? Knowing your budget right form the start helps make sure the money goes where you want it to go, rather than being distracted by the inevitable 'scope creep'. We're used to working with a wide variety of budgets, so we want to make sure that we tailor our recommendations to yours.
